Letter from your PTSA Board
Dear Mears Families,
Thank you for visiting our PTSA website.
The PTSA's goal is to enrich the environment for our children, families and community. It takes many volunteers to make that happen and parent volunteers are always necessary and welcome.
Please let us know if you have any questions. We will do our best to keep you updated with what is happening in our PTSA, our school and in our community.
GET CONNECTED
There’s no better way to know what’s happening at Mears Middle School.
TAP INTO A NETWORK
Mears PTSA events are opportunities to build a rapport with other parents and discuss school related issues. You can share ideas, concerns and experiences.
GIVING BACK
By volunteering with Mears PTSA, you put your skills to use for a noble cause, benefitting your child and all students in the Mears community.
SPEAK UP
Mears PTSA can be an effective way to suggest change at school.
BE A ROLE MODEL
By becoming a Mears PTSA member, you’ll be demonstrating to your child the importance you place on education.
TEACHERS, YOU BELONG IN THE Mears PTSA
Joining the Mear PTSA shows parents that teachers are interested in their children outside the classroom. Teachers who are able to attend Mears PTSA meetings will be able to voice their opinions and get feedback from parents of their students.
STUDENTS, YOU BELONG IN THE Mears PTSA
As a student, you know what’s happening at Mears and you are uniquely qualified to determine how your education can be improved. You can provide an important student perspective for PTSA ideas and programs
